Windows 7 or Vista sometimes encounters problems locating the drivers necessary for the proper function of external hard drives.

Alright so i cant seem to find where i can transfer my files. It doesn't show up in the "my computer" spot but when i go to devices and printers its there and the troubleshoot tells me that its fine.
