How many contracts can i have with vodafone

Vodafone seem really incompetent when it comes to new contracts and third parties. They are told the existing Vodafone number and details yet still open a new account. Anyway, customer services need to do a change of ownership to move the new number to the older account. I assume you have two direct debits set up as well then? When Vodafone merged my numbers, told me it was all sorted then got a letter saying I'd missed a payment on the new account, despite payment being taken on the old one.

You also need to ensure the new account is closed on your credit report. Keep an eye on your credit report to ensure this is done. Turn on suggestions. Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type. Showing results for. Search instead for.

Did you mean:. Pay monthly. Multiple Contracts on one online account. View more options. Find other posts tagged with: dual number online account. The short answer is yes, you can cancel a Vodafone upgrade.

The first is to pop into your nearest Vodafone store. A customer service agent will assist you by processing the return in-store. No worries, contact and inform them of your intention to return your handset. Vodafone will then send you a prepaid envelope which you can use to return your device through the post. When returning your upgraded handset, you must ensure that it is undamaged and fully functional.

You must also return any and all accessories - for example chargers and headphones - and any promotional products that you received with your handset. This is a great option as it prevents your old phone from ending up as e-waste. Cancelling your sim only upgrade is much the same as returning a new handset. Once you have returned your handset or cancelled your Sim Only plan, Vodafone will reimburse you the full amount for any payments made relating to the handset or plan within another 14 days.
